TERMS & CONDITIONS |
♡ FEE IS PER TICKET, not per transaction.
♡ OPEN FOR PH EVENTS ONLY
♡ Strictly NO cancellations.
♡ There will be a corresponding cancellation fee if you wish to cancel your slot. Let’s not waste each other’s time, resources and effort.
♡ Payment for the 50% of Ticket Assistance Fee must be paid before ticketing, remaining 50% balance to follow right after we secured your tickets.
♡ The 50% downpayment of Ticket Assistance Fee is non-refundable if we fail to secure/tickets are sold out and if you secured your tickets already ahead of us/while we're still on queue. No need to pay for the 50% remaining balance.
♡ Always double check before sending any payment, we won't be held liable for any errors made by the client upon sending money.
♡ We will secure using YOUR OWN SM Tickets Account and OWN GCash upon check out so you can claim your tickets with ease.
♡ If you’re not around during the ticket selling day, you may choose to send your payment to our gcash and we will pay on your behalf. The SM Tickets account that will be used is still yours.
♡ Once secured, open your SMTickets Account, print the voucher and claim your tickets at the SM Tickets Branch near you.
♡ We accept international clients, just DM us.

Always state your SPECIFIC DESIRED TIER and if you’re strict with rows or not.
IMPORTANT NOTES |
♡ Kindly wait for us to DM you first on D-Day once we’ve successfully added your seats to cart. We follow a list so please wait patiently for your turn, spamming us via dm will not make the process faster.
♡ We are not liable for GHOST TICKETS or any other conflicts after we're done securing the tickets. You are responsible for contacting the Ticket Vendor for any conflicts that will arise. No Assistance Fee Refunds will be given for it and if the organizers cancelled the show. TPA Fee must still be paid as we still assisted you when purchasing it.
♡ 30% Cancellation Fee will apply if you wish to cancel your reservation outside the 4 days period before the ticketing.
Ex. If you want to cancel your reservation, you must pay the 30% cancellation fee.
♡ Admin reserves the right to modify, change or alter the information provided at any time without prior notice.

♡ How much is the Assistance Fee?
- No fixed rates. Rates will be provided once the Seat Plan is out.
♡ What is the Mode of Payment for Check-Out?
- Preferably, GCash because paying via card can take up some time so we highly suggest to use GCash for faster check-outs.
♡ Can I cancel my slot?
- Yes, but corresponding cancellation fees must be paid if you want to do so.
♡ What is your Mode of Payment for the Assistance Fee?
- BPI, GCash and GOTymeBank.
Membership/LNPH/Artist/Bank Presale |
♡ The Client will be the one to provide a MEMBERSHIP CODE for us to use to purchase the tickets.
♡ We offer purchase assistance on weverse memberships.
♡ For Bank Presale, you are required to provide your bank details like name, expiration date and cvv. All information will be deleted after our transaction.
♡ For Artist Presale, you are required to provide the code for us to use on the ticketing day.

IMPORTANT NOTE |
♡ Our assistance improves your chances of getting your preferred seat, but it will not guarantee a secured ticket. Queueing on your end is advisable to further increase the chances of you getting your desired tickets.
Cancellation Policy |
♡ We allow cancellations but with corresponding cancellation fees. If you wish to cancel within 4 days, we will be charging a cancellation fee amounting to the following:
